Flygiene is a trading name belonging to Seat-Spec Ltd. We are fully licensed and insured to provide our services to operators at Manchester Airport.

We are a specialist provider of Aircraft Cleaning Services with many years experience within the industry. Our core services include Aircraft turnaround cleans, deep cleans, toilet and water servicing, security searches, Covid19 disinfection fogging and we can even offer an aircraft seat re-trimming service.  

• Flygiene's business management team have over 25 years experience in the aircraft cleaning industry and we currently operate at Manchester Airport, one of the UK's busiest and most important airline hubs.

• The current management have previously owned and managed an Aircraft Cleaning business that cleaned over 1000 aircraft each and every week, and we were operational at 3 separate airport locations.

• Staff recruitment and training is crucial in this sector. All Flygiene staff are required to complete full training in health and safety procedures, security procedures, and aircraft cleaning procedures before they start to work airside.

•  We currently provide a wide range of services to the most well known Airline operators such as Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and Virgin Atlantic. From April 2023 we are pleased to be able to add Cathay Pacific to our prestigious customer base.

•  We’ve recently expanded our cleaning processes to include a sanitizing procedure that disinfects surface areas that we all touch in the aircraft. The disinfectant used is highly effective against many communicable diseases, including coronaviruses and is immediately safe for human contact. Following the fogging procedure, cleaning crews thoroughly clean cabin surfaces including tray tables, seatback screens and lavatories.
